The ferrous containing by-products created during the iron and steel making process are processed with the aim of maximising the return to the production cycle and closing the loop in the recycling process. This is achieved among others through the use of pelletizing and briquetting technologies. By adding binding agents, we ensure the best possible uptake of the ferrous containing by-products in the furnace. If necessary, we also use a mixture of our own or externally procured residual materials.

We conduct continual monitoring of recycled material in our dedicated laboratory to ensure compliance with analytical specifications at all times.
